Embrace the spirit of Irish whiskey with renowned Irish Brand Ambassador, Ross O’Reilly will celebrate the Irish whiskey. Chef Rahul Akerkar’s Ode is hosting an extraordinary bar takeover featuring the renowned Infinity & Beyond from Taiwan, ranked No. 61 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024. Mars Chang, the founder and manager of Infinity & Beyond will showcase his mixology skills. The bar takeover will feature a curated selection of five distinct cocktails, each crafted with premium spirits including 1800 Tequila, Bushmills Whiskey, Hayman’s Gin, and 400 Conejos Mezcal.

JW Marriott Kolkata, in collaboration with Conosh and NAAR, is hosting Chef Prateek Sadhu for a two-day exclusive culinary event. For this event, Chef Sadhu will highlight ingredients sourced from the Himalayan region. He will present a nine-course dinner, offering guests a journey through the Himalayas. Each dish will reflect his deep connection with the mountain regions and his expertise in using ingredients and techniques.

The Undivided Punjab pop-up is a collaboration with Chef Sherry Mehta. It celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Punjab, rediscovers lost recipes and traditional techniques that flourished before the partition. Think crispy kachoris, slow-cooked smoky mutton kebabs, sarson da saag with makki di roti, and much more.

Indian Accent has been celebrating its 15 years by travelling across Asia, hosting successful pop-ups in Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Bangkok, and Perth. Now, they are all set to host pop-ups in cities across India. The specially curated menu for this multi city tour will feature dishes such as tofu medu vadai, madras gunpowder, sambar cream; arbi galawat, crispy sevai, barberry chutney; ker sangar paneer, kanyakumari crab, duck shaami, crispy sevai, barberry chutney; meetha achaar pork ribs, sundried mango, sour apple and more.

Celebrated Chef Gaggan Anand will be hosting a culinary event in Mumbai. His restaurant, Gaggan in Bangkok has consistently ranked among The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. The pop-up event will be a 14-course feast curated by Chef Anand where it promises to be a “gastronomic sanctuary.”

The Luxury Group by Marriott International has rolled out The Luxury Group Dining Series which is a multi-city regional dining series. It features six handpicked hotels including The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, The St. Regis Bali, The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, The St. Regis Mumbai, and JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. The series offers specially designed gastronomic experiences at each property. There are multiple events in these three days.
November 15-16: Spanish Chef Miguel Navarro representing Es Fum, a Michelin-starred venue at The St. Regis, Mallorca, will take over Koishii.
November 15-16: Koi Bar, a chic speakeasy bar taken over by Cassandra and Coleen from Republic at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, a bar presented on Asia’s 50 Best Bars since 2022.
November 15-16: By The Mekong, their pan-Asian venue will host an exquisite Loy Krathong Dinner with talented Masterchef Keith.

Handshake, Mexico City’s #1 ranked bar in the World’s 50 Best Bars, is all set to take over the bar at Slink & Bardot, Mumbai. Head Bartender Javier Rodríguez will bring his unparalleled expertise in mixology and joining him behind the bar will be Daniela Jardon, who quickly rose from bartender to Laboratory Manager at Handshake.
The takeover will feature four of Handshake’s most celebrated signature cocktails, crafted with artistry and precision. The Mexi-Thai cocktail offers a unique blend of Don Julio Tequila Blanco with coconut oil, Makrut leaves distillation, and a cherry tomato water cordial, topped with basil oil drops for an aromatic finish. In the Olive Oil Gimlet, the flavours of Don Julio Tequila Blanco are enriched with olive oil, Lillet Blanc, and a green apple juice cordial, making it a complex yet refreshing twist on the classic gimlet, garnished with olives.

Anan Saigon, Vietnam’s first Michelin Star restaurant makes its way to Mumbai’s award-winning restaurant Masque. Legendary Chef Peter Cuong Franklin who is known for his creative dishes such as the banh mi topped with foie gras and caviar will be coming to the city for two days!

All the way from Goa, Hosa is travelling to Delhi NCR for a four-day pop-up. Chef Harish Rao of Hosa will be helming this pop-up where popular South Indian dishes will be reimagined with a modern flair. Chor Bizarre will be hosting Hosa on November 16-17 between the timeslots 12 pm-3 pm and 7 pm-11 pm and Comorin will be the second spot for the pop-up on November 19-20 between 12 pm-2:30 pm and 6:30 pm-10:30 pm.
