The World’s 50 Best Restaurants organisation has released Asia’s most awaited list – Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 and it has everyone going in circles. The guide for all epicureans, it provides the complete lowdown you need for zany culinary adventures. Published by William Reed Business Media, this annual list is a snapshot of opinions and experiences by over 1,000 restaurant experts.
With constant speculations about who is being bumped and who is rising on the list, all chefs aim to have their restaurant’s name on it and our culinary wizard Gaggan Anand has once again topped the charts with his stellar property by the same name (Gaggan) in Bangkok. He’s not the only Indian flavour shining bright on the list, our two indigenous gems – Indian Accent by Chef Manish Malhotra and Wasabi By Morimoto by Chef Masaharu Morimoto also hold their own among the featured top 50 restaurants.
