From The Pantry:
650-750 grams salmon fillet
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 and 1/2 cups strawberries, diced
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon jalapeño, diced
2 tablespoons green onion, diced
2 tablespoon lime juice

Cook Away:
Preheat the oven to 190C.
Place the salmon fillet on a baking tray and brush 2 – 3 coats with balsamic vinegar. Save the leftover balsamic vinegar for later.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
Once cooked through, brush a few more coats of the leftover balsamic vinegar on salmon.
In a separate glass bowl combine strawberries, cilantro, jalapeño, green onion and lime juice.
