Delhi’s CAARA partners with PURE HOME + LIVING (PHL) to launch an exclusive experience in Khan Market. With this collaboration, both brands showcase their expertise—CAARA helming the culinary part of this partnership and PHL with its elegant home décor, timeless dinnerware, and customised gifting.
The CAARA x PHL collaboration is a one-stop shop for the ones keen on finding a balance between home décor and good food. Besides CAARA’s classic dishes, one can also expect new things to try on their menu. The new dishes include Corn and Kale Fritters with an Avocado salsa verde, French brie, tomato tart, and a FarmLove Salad. FarmLove is a farm by CAARA focusing on chemical-free and fresh herbs and European vegetables. Expect fresh basil, burrata pizzas, fresh baked goods, crackers, pasta sauces, cheese platters, and more. If you have a sweet tooth, you can also indulge in their seasonal Mahabaleshwar strawberry and French Vanilla Cremieux Tart or even the Gooey baked Dark Chocolate ganache with caramelised spiced pears and vanilla bean ice cream. For the early risers, CAARA will continue with its breakfast menu from 8 AM with its signature Smashed Chilli and Avocado Sourdough, Arabica cappuccinos, Ham and Cheese omelets, among much more.
These dishes are served on PHL’s dinnerware. The tables are also adorned with classic ceramic dinnerware from PHL, along with table linen and faux flowers. The space in Khan Market has a seating capacity of 27, with an al-fresco terrace as well.
“It’s a celebration of creativity, innovation, and shared commitment between both brands. It’s a dream to be opening in Khan Market surrounded by such a wonderfully curated brand such as PHL,” say co-founders Ambika Seth and Alice Helme of CAARA. MD and CEO of PHL, Timmy Sarna adds, “A beautiful home begins with sharing meals on a table. PHL’s collaboration with a renowned and loved brand like CAARA will bring people together to not only shop but enjoy it like they’re at home.”
One of the highlights of this collaboration is the immersive dining and shopping experience. Customers can buy CAARA’s signature dips, truffle sweet potato chips, spiced nuts, grazing boards, and more. Whereas PHL has candles, reed diffusers, glassware, hand-stitched leather accessories, home accessories, and more.
