Spread across an area of some 5,000 sq ft. the interiors of Eve Worli are a blend of modern comfort and old-world charm with its cosy corners, stylish décor, and a laid-back ambiance.
Chef Sanket More, with experience from The Bombay Canteen and O Pedro, is helming the kitchen at Eve. With a cuisine-agnostic approach, Chef More aims to satisfy palates by reinventing dishes and improving cooking techniques. “Cooking is not just about recipes,” says Chef More, “It’s about crafting experiences that leave a lasting impression. In a restaurant setting, your staff typically hails from various backgrounds, bringing a mix of experiences and culinary influences. The menu at Eve aims to provide a wholesome experience sustainably. This can be noticed through their produce and ingredient-forward menu, with salads, the sous vide cooking methodology, and a zero waste policy. They also support the local communities with a menu designed to promote seafood diversity through sustainable fisheries. In terms of food, expect Roasted Turnip Soup, Berry Salad, Blue Pea Chopped Veg Dim sum, Spider Avocado Roll, Laksa Curry Bowl, and much more.
